Overall, the change in work, in its speed and complexity, places enormous demands on the cognitive abilities of employees. As a result, there is a social longing for low complexity and comprehensible physical things. Connected with the desire for sustainability, likeable materials and a harmonious atmosphere. This resulted in designs that stand for a positive productivity experience in the office or workplace.

The designs are derived from the collected insights and our motto in the following. They set different focusses:

– Flexible seating and standing options
– Low-complex, clear height adjustment via seat cushions of different heights
– Easy adjustment of the backrest via adjustable lumbar cushion
– Storage option for bags, books, water bottle etc.
– Mobile by concealed rollers

– Homely aesthetics through appropriate material selection
– Traceability through familiar, logical principles

– Armchair with optical and acoustic shielding (similar to wing chair)
– Stool also useable as a side table (without seat cushion)
– Armchair and stool can be combined (as a footrest) for relaxed sitting / working

– Sustainable materials (e.g. recyclable sheet material made from 100% recycled plastic packaging waste and natural upholstery materials resp. Fabrics (coconut mat, sheep's wool)
– Low complexity and comprehensible (sustainable) construction by deliberately dispensing with gas springs and complex mechanics
– All parts / elements are easily dismountable for a type-by-kind separation (or in case of defect or Conversion)
